How do I upgrade my plan?
Sign in to your company account, open Subscription in the dashboard, pick the plan you want and follow the payment steps. You can upgrade at any time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Plans are currently paid by bank transfer. Our bank details are shown on the subscription page — transfer the plan amount and keep the receipt.
What happens after I upload the receipt?
Our team reviews your receipt, usually within one business day. Once the payment is confirmed your plan is activated and you'll get a notification.
What happens when my plan expires?
Your company page and products stay online, but limits return to the free plan. Extra products beyond the free limit are hidden until you renew.
How do I get the verified badge?
The verified badge comes with paid plans after our team reviews your company information and commercial registration.
